On Sunday, U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr.) promised his agency would take on geoengineering activities in the country.
All over the world, there are reports of airplanes emitting trails of unknown substances that linger in the skies above, slowly disperse, and eventually turn the sky an unnatural misty gray, raising health and environmental concerns.
This is happening without the consent of the people.
Back in August, Kennedy made a similar commitment to stop airplanes from carrying out the “crime” of releasing chemicals—often referred to as “chemtrails”—into the sky.
In that tweet, he was replying to a post from X user Concerned Citizen (@BGatesIsaPyscho) reporting that a “Chemtrail Pilot Whistleblower”—who referred to these substance-emitting airplanes as “tanker terminators”—had admitted that he and his colleagues “are paid more than any other pilot.”
Kennedy replied to the post with seven words: “We are going to stop this crime.”
In his new X post published over the weekend, the HHS secretary was responding to a post from Sayer Ji (@sayerjigmi), a prominent figure in the natural health and wellness space, known for his work as an author, researcher, speaker, and advocate for alternative medicine.
Ji was celebrating the fact that dozens of states have put forward legislative efforts to stop geoengineering.
“The sky-shielding movement is soaring. With Michigan’s recent announcement (bill number pending), 25 U.S. states are officially moving to ban atmospheric geoengineering,” Ji wrote.
“This isn’t fringe. This isn’t future. This is now. We’re backed by a national and international coalition—including members of the Global Wellness Forum, representing tens of millions of concerned citizens in the U.S., and hundreds of millions globally who are rising in solidarity for clean air, clear skies, and sovereign health.”
“We are the breath of a planetary awakening,” he added. “The skies are clearing. The awareness is rising. The tipping point has tipped. This is bigger than weather. It’s about bodily sovereignty, environmental integrity, and the sacred bond between people and planet.”
RFK Jr. commented on Ji’s post, swearing HHS would “do its part” in the fight.
“24 States move to ban geoengineering our climate by dousing our citizens, our waterways and landscapes with toxins,” he writes. “This is a movement every MAHA needs to support. HHS will do its part.”
Ji followed up, praising Kennedy’s renewed pledge:
“Thank you for your courageous and prescient leadership on this advocacy Bobby! America and We the People love and respect you for this beyond words can express.”
What’s Really Happening in Our Skies?
Some experts in the chemtrail/contrail space believe airplanes are outfitted with special apparatuses that spray chemicals into the air behind the planes as they fly.
Others, however, believe the sun- and sky-blocking clouds we observe forming after airplanes leave trails in the atmosphere generally come from jet fuel exhaust itself, not an independent spray apparatus.
Proponents of this view say jet airplanes are always emitting these chemicals, and the reason we see the trails on some days and not others is because certain weather conditions—known as the “Schmidt-Appleman” criterion (see)—make them more visible and prone to become artificial clouds.
Both perspectives agree on one thing: something is happening in our skies that demands urgent investigation, accountability, and action.
With RFK Jr. now at the helm of HHS, promising to confront the toxic geoengineering assault head-on, the momentum behind this movement has never been stronger.

Normalization Rather than Conspiracy
The true nature in the potential of the 5G system for cellular and data exchange should also be investigated — as it was the true and necessary means to produce symptoms of a pandemic. How is this possible? — such efforts coincidentally were never previously successful to any significant degree prior to the recently completed 5G infrastructure in major metropolitan areas.
A lab leak involves plausible deniability regarding intent, while a pardon may protect those who served a role. Attempts to initiate viral pandemics failed in the past by means that have existed to block and minimize the effectiveness of such efforts. Distraction is necessary, due to the risk of exposure in the nature of what can be created. Other means were implemented by which great distraction is necessary to divert attention beyond our borders from the real developments that made the covid experience possible. Frequency convergence provides sufficient resolution for a great range of possible effects. Two or more benign frequencies converge to create one or more unique frequencies where they intersect that can create specific symptoms. This can create the ideal environment for common cold and flu virus that always exist in and around us, while simultaneously suppressing immune function. The result that some people experienced afterward was a broad immunity to ordinary cold and flu virus, developed during recovery from the onslaught of the multitude of various strains for a temporary period.
At least tens of billions of dollars were necessary for the 5G infrastructure, with no clear benefit to the industry for many years into the future. The “internet of things” has not yet begun and in reality would be fully capable using Wifi and Bluetooth technologies. 4G cellular infrastructure is and has been fully capable of supporting current cellphone technology so that the rush of 5G developments has no apparent justification, and how investors were convinced to fund this enormous expenditure. However, under supporting security narratives, it was actually subsidized by the government — and likely the case for metropolitan areas around the world [as the printing of petro-dollars has no real restrictions imposed in an incestuous relationship that exists between the treasury, regulators and the Fed, much of the inflationary pressure being exported beyond our borders].
5G capability has existed in major metropolitan areas for approximately 5 years, but does not extend in full capability to many other less populated areas. This highlights the need then for the PCR test, a fantastic tool for lab work, but entirely unsuitable for any diagnosis, as stated by its inventor Mullis. It will replicate over and over again as it was designed to do, a single copy of a covid related virus that always exist as part of our environment. This created the notion that covid was everywhere — and so many ordinary cases of common cold and flu would be labeled as such. Any flu season results in many thousands of deaths for those more vulnerable. Media participated by reporting the hospitals to be full or overflowing. However, people would post online when not censored and give their own report that half or more of the beds were empty. The real journalists turned out to be common people here and there, as well as independent morticians, who reported a normal death rate similar to a regular flu season — until the rollout of injections, after which they saw a 40% increase in the overall death rate — and massive clots in many of the bodies, never before seen
Normalized Human Behavior and Acceptance
Normalization rather than conspiracy is how influence and corruption create and take precedence, so that awareness is hostage to the needs for anything other than ourselves to define what is real and acceptable — the need for any form of consensus to rule us unaware lest we ever accept responsibility. For any concern or controversy, this would be true without the full awareness of many people involved. For others who do have a degree of awareness — the eugenicist’s philosophical insider’s perspective originates from those influences that have proven time and again that concern is not in existence, but for the control and augmentation and stasis of power — however addictive such perspective may be. To buy any conscientious philosophy at the level from which conscience is disdained and entirely outside of the culture is to buy delusion wholesale, regardless of ones job or social position. Consensus is a powerful motivator that requires no other confirmation or justification.
