Poll: Just 38% Of Voters Believe Biden Will Live Through A Second Term

A new poll has found that a third of American voters are not confident Joe Biden will survive a second term in office, and only 38 percent believe he will make it.

The J.L. Partners/DailyMail.com poll also found that 36 percent, more than a third of likely voters, believe Kamala Harris will be president at the end of the term if Biden wins this year’s election, because he will likely die.

If he did make it through, he would be 86 years old.

Only 36 percent, the same number, think Biden would see through the entire term should he beat Donald Trump in November.

With regards to Trump, the poll found that 54 percent are confident he would be able to survive another four years in office, with just 21 percent not confident he will.

James Johnson, cofounder of J.L. Partners noted “Voters think Biden is too old, and they are not changing their mind.”

He continued, “The difficulty for Biden is that views of him are not shaped through events such as his State of the Union address—which people who had seen it felt was fiery—but through consumption of the hundreds of viral social media clips of Biden stumbling and slurring.”

“That solid perception that he is too old feeds through to a sense he is too weak, and it is a major problem for him going into November,” Johnson urged, adding “Frankly, they do not think he is up to the job—and that makes his re-election a much harder task.”

The survey of 1000 likely voters found that Trump holds a four point lead over Biden nationally.
