Joe Biden was seen for the first time in four days walking around some shops in Allentown, Pennsylvania looking out of it.
Biden was sent to do a PR stunt visiting small businesses, but just seemed confused most of the time.
When he walked into a coffee shop some thought he greeted the owner by saying “My name’s Joe Biden. I work for the government in the Senate,” although he may have said “I work for the Senator.”
Still weird either way.

This also happened… again, right as he was throwing Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin under the bus for a “lapse in judgment”:
A few people cheered, while others yelled “loser” at Biden:
He did this weirdness for a bit then went home to sleep:
He was back at the White House and called it a day at 5.35pm.
