Greg Gutfeld: Tucker Was Cancelled by Special Interest Groups

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld revealed that Tucker Carlson was kicked off the network by special interest groups tied to political interests.

Gutfeld made the remarks during his show last night while discussing Elon Musk telling advertisers “fuck you” over their attempts to blackmail him.

“That’s like extorting Jerry Nadler with salad, or blackmailing sports fans by threatening to cancel PBS,” Gutfeld joked.

The Fox News host said Musk was the last man standing against “the censorship-industrial complex, which is made up of government, media and tech forces.”

“He realizes that advertisers have no spine and can be easily cowed by special interest groups in cahoots with political allies – if you don’t believe me I got two words for ya – Tucker Carlson,” he added.

The last part of Gutfeld’s monologue was received with a few gasps of surprise by his guests.

There has never been one official reason for Tucker’s departure from Fox News, which some asserting it was related to a pending lawsuit from former Fox producer Abby Grossberg, others pointing to Carlson’s of the January 6 riot, and others highlighting “racist” and “offensive” private messages he sent to senior management.

Of course, the overriding reason for him getting the boot was his fierce opposition to the military-industrial complex, particularly in the context of the Russia-Ukraine war.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Fox fires Gutfeld after this,” remarked Ian Miles Cheong.
