Pietà Masterpiece Re-imagined With Trans Mary and Tattooed Jesus

Michelangelo rolls in his grave.

A seemingly male “artist” wearing stockings, lipstick and beard stubble unveiled a re-imagining of Michelangelo’s Madonna della Pietà featuring a trans Mary and a tattooed Jesus.

Yes, really.

The painting received much fanfare and press attention as onlookers whooped their delight at seeing the edgy and daring work.

The original sculpture, created from 1498-99, is a marble representation of the moment when Jesus is taken down from the cross and given to Mary and is considered to be a key work of Italian Renaissance sculpture.

Respondents on X noted that this would have been considered “subversive” about 20-30 years ago and wondered why the artist didn’t consider doing something similar with Muhammad.

Where’s ‘Just Stop Oil’ when you need them?

Don’t worry, they wouldn’t even dream of defacing this masterpiece.

  1. I noticed that, when the thing is revealed, only one person in the audience reacts (the possibly bullshit “Woo-hoo!”), and nobody — NOBODY — applauded.

  2. Balphamet unveils a blasphemous idol. I’m not sure what’s more disturbing, the picture or the yoke that unveiled it. These fuckers need to be put down. Sick fucks.
