Joe Biden’s cognitive decline was on display for all to cringe at Wednesday as he attempted to hold a briefing in a White House garden.
After arriving an hour late to the presser with the Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio, Biden was seen clutching a list of pre-approved reporters and pre-written answers to questions.
“Who do I call on next? Hang on a second. I got my list here…” Biden said out loud.
As he attempted to slur his way through what was written, everyone could see his notes reflected in his dark Brandon sunglasses.
Biden has always had to have these cards, which also tell him what to do, including actions such as sitting down or walking.
The real kicker came when answering a question about an Arizona court upholding a 19th-century law almost entirely banning abortion in the state, Biden literally couldn’t recall what century it is, proclaiming “Elect me. I’m in the 20th Century.”
Earlier he had been paraded around the lawn to ensure he didn’t wander off or get lost.
Some also pointed out that Biden’s handlers wouldn’t even let the pre approved reporters hold the mic, presumably fearing they might go off script:

The fact that we have collectively allowed it to get to this point is amazing. Well, hard times are coming and the soft woke crowd will be dying in droves by the very people they supported.
I find it more shocking that President Houseplant was so disrespectfully late to the presser with the Japanese Prime Minister. The Japanese hold being on time in such high regard, so to be late is a terrible look.
