X owner Elon Musk once again weighed in on the Biden Administration’s disastrous immigration policy Tuesday, waring that America has been turned into “a refuge for the world’s worst criminals.”
Musk was commenting on a post that noted how Venezuela’s homicide rate has dramatically fallen to its lowest point in over two decades owing to the fact that violent gangs are leaving the country and coming to the US.
The post links to a Bloomberg article from December that notes “Venezuela’s rate of violent deaths dropped to its lowest level in more than two decades following years of massive migration as both criminals and victims fled the nation’s economic crisis.”
The impact of this was in evidence in January, when several Venezuelan illegal immigrants brutally attacked NYPD officers merely for being asked not to block the sidewalk near Times Square.

The violent thugs, reportedly part of the Tren de Aragua gang, were then almost immediately released without bail by New York officials.
Cops also say that the gang of Venezuelan immigrants in New York is responsible for over 60 robberies mostly targeting women, swiping phones and handbags while on mopeds.
The gang has been recruiting other immigrants in the city to swipe phones, which are being used to steal money from the owners, with the devices then being shipped to Columbia and Venezuela and sold.
“They use social media platforms to organize and coordinate their thefts. This is how they operate. The leader of the crew identified as Victor Parra will blast out a message via WhatsApp that he’s looking for phones,” Chief of Detectives Joe Kenny said.
In another incident earlier this month, A 15-year-old migrant was arrested, suspected of shooting a tourist and firing at a police officer in a robbery-gone-wrong in Times Square.
