MSNBC Host Who Said Twitter Was “On the Brink of Collapse” a Year Ago Has Show Cancelled

No more Mehdi Hasan.

MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan, who said Twitter was “on the brink of collapse” over a year ago, has had his two shows cancelled by the network.

Oh, the irony.

In November, Hasan asserted that the social media network which had helped to fuel “the summer of racial justice protests” (BLM riots) was “on the brink of collapse” as a result of Elon Musk’s supposed mismanagement.

Bad call.

A year later and, despite all the ad boycotts and other dirty tricks, Twitter is now driving more traffic to domains than Facebook and Instagram.

Meanwhile, Hasan’s show has been terminated.

“MSNBC is canceling outspoken opinion host Mehdi Hasan’s weekend program and show on the streaming service Peacock,” reports Semafor, blaming bad ratings.

Hasan became notorious on X, then Twitter, for being infected with a particularly virulent strain of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Last year, he declared during an interview that that it was “deeply dangerous” for news networks to cover “both sides” of any story.

“There are two words we need to remove from our media vocabulary right now and that is ‘both sides,’” Hasan said while speaking with former New York Times reporter Ben Smith.

Unfortunately, at least for now, Hasan won’t be in any position to cover either side.

  1. The only thing that comes to mind when I see shit like this is that I can see why the nwo only want brown people. They are thick as shit the lot of them and easily controlled exactly like richard kalergi said. Kalergi was a complete piece of shit but he was completely correct about brown people.

  2. It probably has something to do with the Israel situation. Him and some other middle eastern “journalists” were booted off when the attack on oct7 happened.
