LBC radio host Matthew Wright said Brits must just “suck it up” and accept the inevitability that mass migration will change their country forever.
Wright made the comments to a caller in the context of the stabbing of three children by an Algerian national in Dublin, Ireland.
As we previously highlighted, the political class and the media were more outraged at Irish people who staged fiery but mostly peaceful protests in response to the attack.
The caller said he was “sick and tired” of being branded “far-right” for having concerns about mass migration and “telling politicians that we are nervous and worried and upset about seeing our countries change without our consent.”
Wright speciously told the caller “you don’t like change” and suggested most of the people who don’t like their countries being altered by mass migration are simply old people who “hate change”.
“I’ve got bad news, Andrew, you’re gonna have to suck it up,” said Wright.
“People just don’t like change, they see their country changing in front of their eyes and they say ‘this isn’t how I grew up, this isn’t how it used to be’, but that’s how it always is, change is inevitable…you can’t stop change,” he added.
No Matthew, people don’t like change when it involves their kids being stabbed in broad daylight.
