UFC star Sean Strickland unloaded on the NFL’s woke leadership for shoving Bad Bunny’s divisive halftime spectacle down America’s throat, labeling the performer a “gay foreigner who doesn’t speak f***ing English” in a raw takedown that echoes the mass viewer revolt against the broadcast.
Strickland’s comments spotlight the growing backlash against the league’s erosion of traditional values, as patriots demand a return to the days when football stood for unapologetic American strength.
During a Paramount+ press event, Strickland ripped into NFL bosses for their halftime pick, questioning their deliberate sabotage of the sport.

“I think they all get together around a table and say, ‘You know what guys, how do we ruin this sport? How do we gay it up? Why don’t we bring in a gay foreigner who doesn’t speak fucking English and have him perform,’” Strickland said.
He didn’t stop there, slamming the NFL for featuring what he called a “fucking faggot” in Bad Bunny.
“It is so crazy that this is America now. Back in the day the NFL was the fucking standard of being a fucking man,” Strickland added.
Strickland, the hard-hitting former UFC middleweight champion, has built a reputation as an outspoken defender of American values. A staunch supporter of President Trump, Strickland endorsed him during the 2024 campaign and has shared the spotlight with the President at UFC events.
His no-nonsense style resonates with MAGA patriots tired of leftist infiltration in sports. Strickland has repeatedly called out woke agendas, from open borders to cultural decay, aligning with Trump’s America First policies.
Strickland’s outburst comes amid widespread outrage over the Super Bowl halftime show, which featured Bad Bunny’s Spanish-only performance riddled with trash explicit content and foreign flags.
Millions of viewers rejected the NFL’s insulting display, switching to Turning Point USA’s All-American alternative that celebrated faith, family, and freedom.
President Trump himself branded the show “absolutely terrible” and “an affront to the Greatness of America.” Strickland’s words amplify this sentiment, exposing how the NFL’s choices alienate real Americans.
The league’s bilingual promo about love over hate rings hollow when the performance antagonized viewers with debauchery and division. Strickland nails it: this isn’t progress; it’s a calculated attack on masculinity and national pride.
Paramount executives now face pressure to address Strickland’s remarks, but his unfiltered truth cuts through the noise.
