ABC News partisan hack George Stephanopoulos has come under fire once again, this time for disrespecting the Vice President JD Vance by cutting him off mid sentence and ending an interview after Vance refused to play along with his fake news questioning.
Stephanopoulos asked Vance about a non-story invented by leftists on social media regarding Tom Homan being found by the Biden DOJ to have accepted a $50,000 bribe from undercover FBI agents in exchange for government contracts prior to the 2024 election.
As Townhall noted, The entire thing is completely bogus and lacking in any credible evidence.
Nevertheless, Stephanopoulos decided to ‘grill’ Vance on the issue.
The VP resonded, “I don’t know what tape you’re referring to, George. I saw media reports that Tom Homan accepted a bribe, there’s no evidence of that.”
Vance then scolded the host, pointing out, “And here’s, George, why fewer and fewer people watch your program, and why you’re losing credibility because you’re talking for now five minutes with the Vice President of the United States about this story regarding Tom Homan, a story that I’ve read about, but I don’t even know the video that you’re talking about. Meanwhile, low-income women can’t get food because the Democrats and Chuck Schumer have shut down the government.”
Oof. Hard truths.
“Right now, we’re trying to figure out how to pay our troops because Chuck Schumer has shut down the government. You’re focused on a bogus story,” Vance emphasised.
“You’re insinuating criminal wrongdoing against a guy who has done nothing wrong, instead of focusing on the fact that our country is struggling because our government’s shut down. Let’s talk about the real issues, George,” the VP added.
“I think the American people would benefit much more from that than from you going down some weird left wing rabbit hole where the facts clearly show that Tom Homan didn’t engage in any criminal wrongdoing,” Vance blasted.
A pissed off looking Stephanopoulos responded, “It’s not a weird left wing rabbit hole. I didn’t insinuate anything. I asked you whether Tom Homan accepted $50,000 as was heard on an audio tape recorded by the FBI in September 2024, and you did not answer the question.”
He then quickly ended the interview, stating “Thank you for your time this morning,” and cut the feed as Vance was still speaking.

This is the same guy who cost ABC News $15 million in a defamation settlement with President Trump, and was forced to issue a public apology for comments asserting Trump was found “liable for rape.”
Stephanopoulos repeated the claim ten times, despite the fact that a jury never made this distinct determination.
He is now officially known as “ballless George.”
Megyn Kelly memorably said of Stephanopoulos , “He’s been there a long time. It doesn’t make him any more respectable. He’s a partisan hack. He started off as a partisan hack, and he remains one. He’s just too ballless to own his partisan nature, wants us to believe that he’s straight and narrow now, notwithstanding all those years helping Bill Clinton.”
“The irony of him going after a rape supporter in that way. ‘How could you support a rape supporter? My God, the nerve to support a rape supporter, a rape committer.’ After his years running the war room, tearing down Bill Clinton’s assault accusers. I mean, it’s just rich. So now the whole thing has cost him his reputation and his company $15 million,” Kelly concluded.
