FBI Director Kash Patel has warned that more than 110,000 gang members are currently causing havoc on the streets of Democrat run Chicago.
After visiting the city and witnessing the federal crime crackdown, Patel told Hannity “We learned that the Chicago city streets have 110,000 gang members. That’s right. You heard me right. They had 1,200 shootings this year alone, 360 homicides.”
If true, the figure means that approximately 4 percent of the 2.7 million residents of the city are active gang members, equating to one gang member for every 24 people living there.

Taking a shot at the Democrats running the Windy City into the ground, Patel urged “When politicians choose to side with those metrics and not their citizenry, thank God we have President Trump and this Department of Justice and this FBI going in there and crushing violent crime.”
“President Trump sent us into these cities quietly to set the stage, to set up for the National Guard, to see the success that we saw in Washington, D.C., in Memphis,” Patel further emphasised.
“The agents at the FBI know that they have the backing of the American people and their government,” he added.
Patel’s remarks depict a grim scenario of a city that has descended into complete chaos under leftist policies that favor appearances over security. After years of Democratic leadership, Chicago remains one of the nation’s most dangerous cities.
The remarks come on the back of the Chicago Mayor declaring that he is “defending humanity” by declaring ‘ICE free zones’ and resisting Trump’s federal surge.
Illinois Governor Pritzker has also declared that Trump’s deployment of the National Guard is part of a grand scheme to impose a military dictatorship throughout the country and halt elections.
Pritzker proclaimed that Trump’s actions are “ the very same thing” as the rise of the Third Reich.
Trump today asserted that both Johnson and Pritzker should face justice for abandoning ICE agents and allowing violent attacks on their facilities.
