Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has officially handed the Department of Justice a criminal referral relating to the “treasonous conspiracy” by Obama officials and the former President himself outlined in documents she released last week.
As we earlier highlighted, Gabbard intends to release even more information relating to the “overwhelming evidence” of the Obama administration being behind an attempted coup after Trump won the 2016 election.
Gabbard urged that “I really cannot fathom” how special counsels Robert Mueller and John Durham were not aware of the jawdropping evidence of a “years-long coup against President Trump” via the manufactred Russia collusion hoax.
“There is no rational or logical explanation for why they failed,” she said, adding “The only logical conclusion that I can draw in this … is that there was direct intent to cover up the truth about what occurred and who was responsible and the broad network of how this seditious conspiracy was concocted and who exactly was responsible for carrying it out.”
And with that, Gabbard has handed the receipts to the DOJ so a criminal investigation can begin.

The Department of Justice confirmed Monday that it has received Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s criminal referral related to her bombshell claims that Obama-era officials “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election, Fox News has confirmed.
The Department of Justice declined further comment, but confirmed to Fox News that the department received the referral.
Gabbard released unclassified documents Friday that reportedly show “overwhelming evidence” that then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for what would be the yearslong Trump-Russia collusion probe after Trump’s election win against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016.
