Former New York City Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman claimed during a CNN appearance that racism against black people causes them to contract serious illnesses.
Bowman suggested that hearing racist slurs is a direct cause of cancer, diabetes and heart disease among black Americans.
“The problem is we’re not dealing with America’s original sin,” Bowman blathered, adding “this disease of hate and racism towards black and brown people and sexism towards women and anti-LGBTQ sentiment, we are not dealing with that.”

Addressing the token Republican on the panel, Bowman stated “Your colleagues in the Republican Party do not hold each other accountable when it comes to the racism that comes from the party on a consistent basis.”
“Where you are calm about this,” Bowman contiuned to rant, “I’m a black man in America. The reason why heart disease—listen to what I’m saying—the reason why heart disease and cancer and obesity and diabetes are bigger in the black community is because of the stress we carry from having to deal with being called the n-word directly or indirectly every day.”
Providing no evidence whatsoever, Bowman added, “If your colleagues would listen and try to learn and engage and grow and stop being so hateful, we could have a better country, but unfortunately we’re still here.”
When a white panelist stated “I feel your passion, and I understand where you’re coming from, I really really do—” Bowman yelled, “we have cops beat black people to death and they’re acquitted.”

Right, so how do you explain the existence of those diseases among those who were never abused by the word. Bearing in mind they call each other by the N word as a literal term of endearment or respect. Also, the word developed from a simple descriptive root into a perceived insult. Spanish for black = negro. French = noir. Esperanto = nigra. Romanian = negru. Just when you thought Lefties couldn’t get any more stupid.
White European people were also enslaved for over 300 years by POCs, but you don’t hear White people constantly shouting their mouths off about how those wicked black and brown people treated them over that long period nor do you hear Blacks screaming about how their beloved brown-skinned brethren enslaved and abused the bruthas in Africa and Arabia for 800+ years.
What needs to happen from now on, is that every time a Black starts attacking White people in public whether in the open or in TV studios, for what occurred in the past, they ought to be required to leave the platform/programme either freely or forcibly with the latter being suspended until they’re removed.
It would certainly make for a rather entertaining spectacle.

If only that were true. I find it interesting they moan all the time about racism and slavery when all they have done over the last couple of hundred years is upgrade their slavery to indentured servitude for the small hats who still control them. I always find it funniest when I see a diverse individual like himself moaning about slavery driving around in a tesla that is literally made from materials that were dug out of the ground by children in the congo. Small hat clearly makes you stupid as well.
