I’m old enough to remember Iran as thriving, modern, Westernized society. The Persian people are GOOD people. Here in CA … hundreds of thousands fled Jimmy Carter’s regime change in the late 1970’s that put the Ayatollah in power. They’re great American citizens (unlike the recent comers from Somalia and the like).
