President Trump has stated that he is seeking a meeting with Russian premier Vladimir Putin, noting that Ukrainian leader Volodymir Zelensky is ready to make a deal to end the war.

Trump told reporters that Zelensky is willing to negotiate and would “like to stop.”
“He’s somebody that has lost a lot of soldiers, and so did Russia, lost a lot. Russia lost more soldiers,” Trump added.

On Monday, Putin said he is willing to talk with Trump.

Trump has repeatedly promised to immediately end the conflict on entering office.
Addressing Putin in a Truth Social post, Trump noted that the war can be ended the “easy way or the hard way.”

On Tuesday Trump stated “The war should have never started. If you had a competent President, which you didn’t, the war wouldn’t have happened. The war in Ukraine would have never happened if I were President, but that couldn’t happen because the election was rigged.”

Ex-CIA analyst Larry Johnson and retired US Colonel Doug MacGregor say Russian losses are about 90,000 and Ukrainian losses are over 1 million, which is why they’ve run out of soldiers. In Russia’s case 90,000 is still a lot, in comparison, the US lost 58,000 in Vietnam over 10 years.

Trump obviously needs to brush up on his grammar. He should have said – so did Russia LOSE a lot.
I believe he should also temper his narcissistic tendencies with a bit more humility whilst negotiating with international key figureheads. Threatening further sanctions should one’s opponent not yield to one’s demands, is NOT the way to go.

Now that Trump has the receipts he knows Russia is pulverizing the blood lands and can double the kill any time they want.
If Russia had lost as many soldiers as the media reports Kiev would be glass right now. That would give Russia a bad rap which is what the BLOB wants.
