Westminster City council in London has advertised a job opportunity and admitted that while it is open to everyone, white British people will not be favoured over people from a “Global Majority (GM)” background.
The position, which has a starting salary of £54,684, is for an “Executive Assistant.”
The ad states “The council is committed to achieving diverse shortlists to support our desire to increase the number of staff from underrepresented groups in our workforce.”
That’s a lot of words to say ‘A DEI hire is preferable.’
It continues, “We especially encourage applications from a Global Majority (GM), people who are Black, Asian, Brown, dual-heritage, indigenous to the global south, and or have been racialised as ‘ethnic minorities (formally known as Bame, Black, Asian and Multiple ethnic) background.”
The listing then admits that white people shouldn’t expect to be selected if they’re up against candidates from such backgrounds.
“Whilst the role is open to all applicants, we will utilise the positive action provisions of the Equality Act 2010 to appoint a candidate from a global majority background where there is a choice between two candidates of equal merit,” the ad asserts.
“Positive action.”
Let that sink in.

What else is new? I’ve never heard of someone getting publically rejected for a job on account of being black. And I am in my forties. The only public racism of this sort that you will ever hear of is against whites.

Sad but true
Marxists running the various councils up and down the land have to be removed forcibly along with their non-White supporters.
Positive Discrimination needs to be outlawed and it made clear that white Britons will, at ALL TIMES, be put ahead of non-Whites since White indigenous inhabitants did not give permission to or for them to be in OUR lands in the first place. Successive governments have persistently defied the wishes of the indigenous White population and ALL government officials still alive need to be rounded up and charged with Genocide, Treason, Sedition and Subversion. The Death Penalty should be reinstated retroactively to punish those who have and are still committing such crimes.
Any person, particularly, indigenous Whites who disagree with the takeback of OUR lands, should be COMPELLED to register their opposition since any public protest against such a policy would result in their arrests, the stripping of citizenship and rights to earn a living and continue residing in the UK. In other words, such individuals would be deemed traitors and deported with their families to underdeveloped foreign territories still dependant/controlled by British interests.
Non-Whites should be removed from positions of power in politics, judiciary, military, media, education, culture and housing policy. Non-Whites should NOT be permitted to form self-interest organisations of any kind and those already in existence, abolished.
So, as a white male, according to them, I am now a minority – the “global majority” is clearly a bigger group than mine. Therefore, they are acting against a minority, which is illegal. Of course, they will get away with this given our current weak and treacherous government.
