The Biden Harris administration is resisting demands by Republicans to issue a statement warning Iran that any attempt to assassinate Donald Trump would constitute an act of war.
As we have highlighted, US intelligence has briefed Trump’s team about plots to kill him organised by the Iranian regime.
Now Fox News reports that “The White House declined to comment” on the specific demands by Republicans, and instead referred to “a statement on the recent Iranian threats to Trump’s life.”
National Security Council spokesperson Sean Savitt said “We consider this a national and homeland security matter of the highest priority, and we strongly condemn Iran for these brazen threats.”
The White House is hoping they get to Trump before Iran does.

It’s kind of obvious to anyone with a brain that Iran would have ZERO interest in harming Trump in the first place. If anything else, the very idea points to another possible ‘blame game’ choice if the US deep state decided to take Trump out and blame it on “fill in the blank”. Trump represents a potential of ‘positive change’, or at least a break in the continuing saga of US political psychopathy. It may not thwart psychopathic eventualities that would manifest when Trump’s term ends, but it will delay some things.
Any “kill teams” are native to this country. Reps are likely just playing their part in this farce while behind the scenes they want Trump dead as bad as Dems.
