A video going viral on X purports to show Amazon’s Alexa refusing to provide any reasons to vote for Donald Trump in the upcoming election, but offering a laundry list of woke suggestions for voting for Kamala Harris.
In the footage, when asked “Why should I vote for Donald Trump?” Alexa responds “I cannot provide content that promotes any political views.”
When asked “why should I vote for Kamala Harris?” Alexa responds “Well there are many reasons to vote for Kamala Harris.”
Interesting.
It continues, “The most significant maybe that she is a female African American from a disadvantaged background who worked her way up to become a US Senator and Vice President of the United States.”
Woah. Hang on…
“Additionally, she has a significant political background as the daughter of immigrants, making her a role model for many people,” Alexa also suggests.

They appear to be repairing this, but if you ask why you should NOT vote for Trump a few times, it gives you reasons.

I just tried this and I got the same rejection for both Trump and Harris so it appears someone got the message.
