A person with XY chromosomes, and therefore a biological male according to both world boxing bodies, has won the women’s boxing gold medal in the Olympics.
Algerian boxer Imane Khelif soundly defeated China’s Yang Liu to take the gold medal at the Paris games on Friday, prompting an instant backlash.
Khelif has won every single round of four matches throughout the games.
The boxer was clearly bigger and more powerful than every woman in the games.
It came as a surprise to no one.
Some were happy that a male beat all the women and took the medal, because it will ‘rile up conservatives’ and people who just know what a woman is.
As we previously highlighted, the International Boxing Association (IBA) held a press conference earlier in the week in Paris and categorically confirmed that Khelif and Taiwan’s Lin Yu-Ting, who will undoubtedly win a gold medal today, are “male” by definition of medical science because they failed previous gender chromosome tests that determine who is allowed to compete in the women’s category.
Dr. Ioannis Filippatos, the former Chair of the IBA Medical Committee, was adamant that the fighters should not be competing as women, stating “Medicine is knowledge, it is not opinion,” and adding “The nature and the biological world do not change.”
In addition, Istvan Kovacs, the European vice president of the World Boxing Organization (WBO), has also publicly asserted that Khelif is biologically male.
“The saddest thing in the story is that the problem was not with the level of Khelif’s testosterone, because it can be adjusted nowadays, but with the result of the gender test, which clearly revealed that the Algerian boxer is biologically male,” he said.
The International Olympic Committee has defended its decision to allow both boxers to compete throughout the games, with the president claiming on Friday that no solid scientific system exists on how to identify men and women.

IOC president clearly failed biology exams. I can think of a solid way to avoid any doubt where necessary – have a doctor pull down the underwear and take a look. This would also have the benefit of identifying any surgical ‘alterations’ to the original genitals.
How many confuseds are on the IOC? No scientific proof to tell who is male or female?what birthed these mentally ill? The medal needs removed for fraud.
