Trump Calls For Debate NEXT WEEK After Biden Says He’s “Happy” To Do It

Donald Trump has called for a presidential debate next week after Joe Biden claimed on Friday that he is willing to take part.

Biden made the comments during an interview with Howard Stern, after the host asked him “I don’t know if you’re going to debate your opponent?”

Biden responded “I am somewhere. I don’t know when. I’m happy to debate him.”

The Biden campaign later clarified that there is no update on when or where a debate could happen.

Trump’s campaign adviser Chris LaCivita responded to Biden’s comments, posting “OK let’s set it up!”

Trump himself responded on Truth Social, posting “Crooked Joe Biden just announced that he’s willing to debate! Everyone knows he doesn’t really mean it, but in case he does, I say, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, ANYPLACE, an old expression used by Fighters.”

“I suggest Monday Evening, Tuesday Evening, or Wednesday Evening at my Rally in Michigan,” Trump added.

He continued, “In the alternative, he’s in New York City today, although probably doesn’t know it, and so am I, stuck in one of the many Court cases that he instigated as ELECTION INTERFERENCE AGAINST A POLITICAL OPPONENT – A CONTINUING WITCH HUNT!”

“It’s the only way he thinks he can win. In fact, let’s do the Debate at the Courthouse tonight – on National Television, I’ll wait around!” Trump further suggested.

Trump then informed his followers that Biden failed to show up:

Last month Biden said a debate with Trump “depends on his behaviour”, while Trump himself has been calling for as many debates as possible to be scheduled immediately since February.
