Joe Biden cannot speak for more than a few seconds without slurring, stumbling or forgetting what he’s saying. This was on display again Sunday at a Governor’s dinner when he attempted and failed to quote Abraham Lincoln.
First of all, he forgot Lincoln’s name, or at least oddly didn’t bother saying it, instead referring to Lincoln as “the man behind me,” while pointing to a portrait.
He then attempted and brutally failed to read a quote from Lincoln about restoring political unity, stating that he wanted “to make sure I get the quote exactly right,” before going on to butcher it.

Biden then once again claimed he previously “traveled 17,000 miles” with Xi Jinping, who he referred to as the “head of Russia.”
“This has been documented and it’s real!” Biden claimed.
Except that it isn’t and has been thoroughly debunked.
Biden also once again forgot Obama’s name and referred to him as “President…my, my President.”
Is it any wonder that the rest of the world is laughing at the US under Biden:
