A skit aired on Italian TV savagely mocks Joe Biden’s cognitive decline, depicting the US President as not knowing where he is and barely able to speak.
In the skit, ‘Biden’ wanders around before a handler directs him to a podium where he says he has spoken to the “President of Israel, Mikhail Gorbachev.”
He then gibbers nonsense about the Moon, Mars and Dallas before stumbling around and declaring “I forgot to take the pills, I’ll call the nurse.”
‘Biden’ then pulls out a briefcase with a big red button and presses it, and then skit ends with a nuclear explosion.

The rest of the world is laughing at the US.
Since his meltdown in front of reporters two weeks ago over concerns about his mental acuity, Biden has not appeared or spoken for any extended amounts of time.
As we highlighted earlier this week, his handlers released a very odd two minute video of Biden talking about NATO which contained around 30 cuts, one almost every five seconds.
