CNN Reports that the Kremlin “has never been richer” thanks to India buying huge amounts of oil from Russia, refining it, and then selling it back to the US and Europe.

“Russia is entering its third year of war in Ukraine with an unprecedented amount of cash in government coffers, bolstered by a record $37 billion of crude oil sales to India last year, according to new analysis, which concludes that some of the crude was refined by India and then exported to the United States as oil products worth more than $1 billion,” reports CNN.
India increased its purchase of Russian oil by 13 times compared to pre-war levels, covering virtually everything that Russia lost as a result of western sanctions.
After the outbreak of war, westerners were told they would have to stomach the cost of huge rises in energy prices as part of their sacrifice to ‘support Ukraine’.
Establishment media outlets also assured us that sanctions on Moscow would ‘break the back’ of Russia and help Ukraine win the war.
Literally the opposite has happened.
As the WSJ noted in 2022, “While Americans and Europeans are being forced to pay record prices for gas as “the cost of standing up for freedom,” the free nation of India is buying oil from Russia for a whopping $35 off a barrel and selling it back to us in a hilarious arbitrage scheme.”
The US also allowed India to build up its industrial base by permitting them to get around the sanctions after India threatened to abandon the US and make an alliance with China and Russia instead.
Energy price hikes in the west triggered a cost of living crisis that obliterated disposable income, leaving many poor people shivering through the winter as they couldn’t afford to heat their homes.
Now we learn that we were still basically buying Russian oil anyway, only after India had skimmed off a huge wedge in profit.
It’s all one massive cruel joke.

This is the same ware supporting circle jerk Americans are supporting in Israel. Fund Iran Billions for “humanitarian aid”, who then buys rockets and drones to supply to Hezbollah who then shoot them at Israel while publicly the U.S, arms industry is making billions both selling Israel military arms directly bought by the same tax dollars we’re sending to Iran.
Ditto for funding Ukraine ware while back door buying Russian and Venezuelan oil to fund the other side.
Joe is completely incompetent in all the other ways that makes a president a decent one, so why not complete incompetence in raising sanctions?
This was also after a certain innocent Hunter Biden was paid by a Ukrainian energy company and as soon as his dad was unelected as president, wallop war breaks out and energy prices skyrocket.
