White House Claims Biden Saying He Spoke To Dead Leaders From 1980s Is “Common”

“It happens to all of us.”

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed Thursday that it’s perfectly normal that Joe Biden mistakes current world leaders for ones who are long deceased.

The comments come after Biden said multiple times this week that he recently spoke with Former French Leader François Mitterrand and former German leader Helmut Kohl.

Both have been dead for years.

When asked about the incidents by a reporter Jean-Pierre claimed that “It happens to all of us. It’s common.”

Jean-Pierre also claimed that she has never personally heard Biden mix up the names of anyone.

“I have not seen him do that,” the Press Secretary declared.

As we highlighted earlier, Biden yelled at reporters as the controversy over his mental competence exploded following a report by special counsel Robert Hur that referred to the President as “an elderly man with a poor memory.”

It prompted a wave of questions from reporters during an Oval Office exchange as Biden became angry before displaying his cognitive deficiencies yet again.

Biden said “Green states” instead of “Blue states,” and referred to Egyptian president El-Sisi as the “president of Mexico.”
