Two separate new polls have revealed that Joe Biden’s approval rating has slipped to an all time low of 37%, with him trailing behind Donald Trump by more than a third on key issues.
An NBC News poll reveals that Biden has a whopping 60% disapproval rating and is lagging behind Trump by more than 20 points on the economy, while on handling immigration and the border, the gap is 35 points.
The poll also finds that Trump leads Biden by 16-points on being ‘competent and effective’, a complete reversal from findings in 2020 when Biden held a nine point lead over Trump.
The poll finds that overall Trump leads Biden 47% to 42%, the largest EVER lead Trump has held.
Republican pollster Bill McInturff of Public Opinion Strategies remarked that the findings should set off alarm bells for Democrats.
“On every measure compared to 2020, Biden has declined,” he explained, adding “Most damning, the belief that Biden is more likely to be up to the job — the chief tenet of the Biden candidacy — has evaporated.”
Meanwhile, a CNN poll finds that Biden holds the lowest January approval rating in an election year in modern history.
Every other President going back to Truman in 1948 has been more popular at this point in their respective presidencies:

Almost every president in the past century whose approval rating was below 40 percent was not re-elected.
Last month, FiveThirtyEight found that Biden has the worst net approval rating in history at this time in office for a President.

Is Biden going to improve? Not likely. The Democratic establishment will have no choice but to eject Biden within a very short time frame if they are to stand any chance against Trump.
