A video that has gone viral on X shows a doctor giving an 11-year-old boy injectible puberty blockers so he can start becoming a transgender female.
The clip features Dr. Olson-Kennedy, the Medical Director of The Center for Transyouth Health and Development at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
Yes, that’s an actual title.
Dr. Olson-Kennedy is routinely featured on national television promoting ‘medical intervention for transgender youth’.
In one instance, the doctor tells a boy whose mother has ‘allowed’ (or pressured) her son into identifying as a girl, “You are in the perfect place to start on (puberty) blockers.”
She also promises to start giving the boy estrogen hormones when he turns 13, asserting, “You’re not gonna wait until 16 to start, you know that.”
The clip then shows the child receiving puberty blockers as an implant in the arm while crying and exclaiming “Ow!” in pain.
The voiceover smugly celebrates the fact that the girl has ‘opened a new chapter’ in her life.
“A lot of times it strikes me that had this happened just 20 years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to give her blockers and she would have had to go through male puberty – that terrifies me – I don’t know that she would have survived male puberty,” says the mother.
Respondents on X expressed their horror, accusing the doctor and the mother of deliberately harming the child.

I shed a tear. That poor girl doesn’t even seem convinced. She’s 11 years old for god sake! When the ‘doctor’ told her that she won’t grow breasts, her body language signalled terror. That poor poor child. She is such a pretty girl too, and they’re destroying her ability to develop naturally, grow up naturally, and grow to a happy woman. She won’t be able to bear children or find a suitable masculine mate as an adult.
That child is a boy. No amount of chemicals injected into him will change that fact.
Stop calling him a girl, it is a biological male child surrounded by lunacy. The mothers eyes are a definition of insanity. The child looks terrified, poor little dude.
