A video of a Muslim women demanding that Irish people stop joking in order to make her feel more comfortable has gone viral on X.
Ala Buisir, a “visual artist,” was interviewed by Irish TV station RTE.
Commenting on how people like her are treated, Buisir said Irish people will “give you some stereotype joke and you’ll be like, it’s not a joke, it’s something serious like you shouldn’t be saying and everything,” she stated.
