“Surprise, surprise, Americans are going there”

Tucker Carlson begins laughing on-air as his “I told you so” moment on Iran seems to have finally arrived.

“Boots on the ground” was once dismissed as a “conspiracy theory.”

Now that “conspiracy theory” appears to be coming true, as The Jerusalem Post reports that the Mossad Director predicted on the eve of the war that regime change in Iran would likely take “A YEAR.”

Tucker reacted with a brief burst of laughter before delivering this response to the news:

“So that right there is Israel saying, ‘We’re going to need the commitment of American troops. Americans are going to have to go there.’”

“And surprise, surprise, Americans are going there. There’s not been an invasion of Iran, of the mainland, or any of the islands in the Persian Gulf just yet. But there is clearly preparation for that.”

“There are many thousands of US troops headed there right now. Some are already stationed in the area.”

“And this looks like the kind of preparation that you would do if you were planning a land assault on a huge mountainous country that’s surprisingly cohesive and very well armed.”
