Yet another preventable outrage in Democrat-led Virginia spotlights the chaos from open borders and sanctuary policies that shield illegal aliens over American safety.
An 18-year-old illegal migrant from El Salvador, released into the U.S. under Biden administration policies, has been charged with groping at least 12 high school girls while posing as an 11th grader at Fairfax High School.
Israel Flores Ortiz, nearly 19, allegedly snuck up on victims in hallways, grabbing their private areas over several months. The assaults highlight the dangers of unchecked immigration, even allowing adults to infiltrate schools and prey on children.

According to a victim’s mother, “There’s a group of about 12 individuals that have reported this assault… He just sneakily walked up behind them and put his hand in between their legs… It was a groping of a private area. It had been occurring for several months.”
Parents slammed Fairfax County’s response as inadequate. One parent said, “I think from the very beginning, Fairfax County has attempted to diminish what happened to these girls… abysmal.”
Another parent criticized the principal’s letter to families, noting, “The girls have experienced harassment and bullying from peers at school… adding fuel to the rumors that they were just attention seeking.”

Ortiz entered the U.S. illegally in 2024 and was released under federal Biden policies. He enrolled as a junior despite his age, exploiting systems meant to protect vulnerable students.
Charged with nine counts of assault and battery, Ortiz had bail denied after a judge reviewed surveillance video. ICE issued a detainer for deportation, but critics point to Virginia’s non-cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.

An ICE statement blasted, “Unfortunately, sanctuary politicians like Virginia Gov Abigail Spanberger are outlawing cooperation with ICE and choosing to RELEASE criminal illegal aliens from their jails back onto their communities to create more American victims.”

This horror unfolds in Fairfax County, the same area where we recently reported on the stabbing death of mother Stephanie Minter by an illegal immigrant with 30 prior arrests, including rape and malicious wounding.
These cases expose a deadly pattern in blue jurisdictions: repeat offenders, often illegal aliens, recycled onto streets under soft-on-crime Democrat agendas that prioritize leftist ideals over citizen protection.
From schools to subways to bus stops, innocent Americans pay the price for failed policies that import danger and refuse to deport threats quickly enough.
