Minnesota’s anti-ICE agitators, backed by a web of leftist billionaires and even foreign cash, just got a brutal wake-up call. Infiltrators have blown the lid off their encrypted Signal operations, exposing coordinated efforts to stalk, harass, and obstruct federal agents enforcing America’s immigration laws. With donor lists now public and chat members freaking out over potential arrests, the funded chaos is crumbling fast.
The revelations tie directly to Governor Tim Walz’s orbit, where staffers and allies orchestrate these attacks on border security – all while America First policies under President Trump aim to restore order.
X user DataRepublican has unleashed a bombshell spreadsheet naming over 4,000 alleged donors to the “Tending the Soil” campaign on Chuffed, a platform hosting funds for these anti-ICE operations.

The first donation came from Jonny Soppotiuk, a Canada-based community organizer tied to Chuffed’s leadership, raising alarms about foreign interference in undermining U.S. sovereignty.
But the big money flows from leftist heavyweights. According to investigative reports, George Soros’s Open Society Foundations pumped $2 million into the Sunrise Movement since 2019, fueling their anti-ICE antics in Minnesota. The Ford Foundation chipped in $150,000 in 2024 and a whopping $550,000 in 2025 to Sunrise, plus $400,000 to Unidos MN last year.

The MacArthur Foundation added $250,000 to Sunrise in 2024. Dark money hubs like the Sixteen Thirty Fund funneled $150,000 to Unidos MN between 2021 and 2022, and $185,000 to Copal MN. The Tides Foundation tossed in $50,000 to Copal MN, while Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and the Solutions Project back groups like Cooperation Cannon River, which supports Defend the 612.
They're getting a different version of this spreadsheet… one that's much, much less sanitized.

These funds bankroll everything from “action trainings” on halting ICE raids to late-night noise demos outside agents’ hotels, designed to wear down federal officers. Sunrise Twin Cities even circulated lists of hotels housing ICE teams, organizing harassment to deprive them of sleep.
Training materials from MN Ice Watch reveal the tactics: “Totally surrounding the officers who have the arrestee or otherwise blocking them and/or their vehicle and chanting ‘Let them go!’ and the like until the LEOs cave to the mounting pressure.”
Another slide warns of riskier moves: “Pulling and pushing an officer off of an arrestee and/or breaking their grip on an arrestee… is probably the most risky as it requires physical contact with an officer.”
The panic hit fever pitch when infiltrators leaked chat logs and recordings. In one damning exchange, a member named Skye blurted, “We’re all fucked,” before rambling about contacts in Cuba as an escape plan. Another user confessed to a tipster: “WE’RE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE,” signaling plans to flee the state – or even the country.

A tipster, @bitchuneedsoap messaged some of the people in one of the MN insurrectionist signal chats.
The user indicated that he/she intends to flee the state because “WE’RE IN SO MUCH TROUBLE”

Members scrambled to change usernames and scatter, turning their once-bustling networks into ghost towns. This “shadow network” divided Minneapolis into patrol zones, ran license plates in real-time (over 5,000 captured), and dispatched spotters to block deportations. Banks like US Bank allegedly had insiders feeding intel.

Leaked admin lists point fingers at Walz’s inner circle. Former campaign strategist Amanda Koehler emerged as a key organizer, coordinating doxxing and disruptions. Local politician David Snyder served as an admin, while MN State Senate candidate Anita Smithson acted as a “dispatcher.” Even Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan was implicated as an admin in the “MN ICE Watch” group, urging members to “put bodies on the line.”

As we earlier highlighted, an infiltrator revealed: “I have infiltrated organizational signal groups all around Minneapolis with the sole intention of tracking down federal agents and impeding/assaulting/and obstructing them.”
These networks aren’t grassroots – they’re astroturfed ops, complete with 24/7 shifts, emoji-coded roles, and state resources like the “Monarca” program. Minnesota State Rep. Alex Falconer even seemingly admitted running some chats, linked to the tragic death of Alex Pretti during an ICE op.
As donor doxxing spreads and chats dissolve, the left’s surveillance state tactics – turning the tables on federal agents while shielding illegal networks – face annihilation. With foreign fingerprints like Soppotiuk’s and Soros’s billions exposed, calls for RICO probes and federal cuffs grow louder. These saboteurs, hiding behind encrypted apps and dark money, won’t evade justice forever.
