Trump Declares “HELP IS ON THE WAY” To Iranian Patriots As Regime Slaughter Escalates

Vows justice against killers amid mass protests and blackouts

President Trump has thrown America’s weight behind the Iranian people in their fight against the oppressive Khamenei regime, signaling that U.S. support is imminent to crush the theocratic dictators who have unleashed bloodshed on their own citizens.

In a stern statement posted on X, President Trump directly addressed the Iranian people, urging them to persist in their uprising.

“Iranian Patriots, KEEP PROTESTING – TAKE OVER YOUR INSTITUTIONS!!! Save the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price. I have cancelled all meetings with Iranian Officials until the senseless killing of protesters STOPS. HELP IS ON ITS WAY. MIGA!!! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP”

Trump’s use of “MIGA”—Make Iran Great Again—highlights his vision for a free Iran, unshackled from the mullahs’ grip, potentially aligning with pro-Western figures like Reza Pahlavi, whom many protesters support.

The president’s cancellation of meetings underscores a shift from the weak-kneed policies of past administrations, which emboldened Iran’s terror networks and proxy wars.

Protests erupted nationwide in late December 2025, triggered by economic collapse, corruption, and the regime’s iron-fisted control. Demonstrations quickly spread from major cities like Tehran and Isfahan to rural areas, with citizens demanding an end to the Islamic Republic’s rule.

According to reports from Iran International, the unrest has seen unprecedented violence, marking one of the bloodiest chapters in Iran’s recent history.

Human rights groups and opposition activists estimate thousands have been arrested, with security forces deploying live ammunition, tear gas, and reportedly even chemical agents against unarmed crowds.

The Khamenei regime has responded with ruthless force, imposing a nationwide internet blackout since early January to hide its atrocities and prevent protesters from organizing or sharing evidence.

This digital shutdown has severed Iran from the world, allowing security forces to operate in the shadows. Reports indicate the blackout has lasted over 100 hours in some areas, crippling communication and enabling unchecked violence.

On the ground, horror stories emerge of mass killings. Opposition sources claim up to 12,000 civilians have been slaughtered in just days, with entire families gunned down in the streets of Tehran, Mashhad, and other cities.

Human rights monitors, including HRANA, report at least 538 confirmed deaths, though the true toll is likely far higher due to the information vacuum.

Footage on X shows security forces firing on crowds at point-blank range, with bodies piling up in public squares.

The regime’s tactics mirror those of other despots, using blackouts to conceal crimes while global media elites downplay the scale, perhaps to protect their narratives on the Middle East.

Protesters have set fires to symbols of oppression, clashed with Basij militias, and in some cases armed themselves, but the overwhelming majority remain peaceful, chanting for freedom and an end to theocratic rule.

Iranian state media admits around 2,000 deaths but blames “terrorists” and foreign agitators, a tired playbook that fools no one outside their echo chambers.

Trump’s intervention comes as the regime teeters, with defections reported among military ranks and proxies like Hezbollah distracted by their own failures.

Unlike the Biden era’s handouts to Iran, which funded terror and nuclear ambitions, Trump’s strategy has pressured the mullahs without committing U.S. troops to another quagmire.

Activists like Masih Alinejad have called the killings a “war crime,” urging the free world to destroy the regime’s ISIS-like hold before mass executions begin.

Alinejad also shredded the left’s selective outrage during a Fox & Friends appearance, pointing out that their “silence… is not an accidental silence. It’s an ideological silence” on the regime’s slaughter while they obsess over Gaza.

She hammered home the double standard: “it will expose their hypocrisy and how they sympathize with our killers, with Islamist terrorists,” especially as Iranians battle “the same Islamic terrorist, the great sponsor of Hamas.”

Alinejad flipped the script on their chants, noting that when Iranians say “free Palestine,” they mean “free Palestine from Islamists terrorism like… Hamas group and the Iranian regime”—a stark contrast to the endless campus protests and media fawning over Palestinian causes that conveniently ignore Tehran’s role in funding the chaos, all while thousands bleed in Iran’s streets under the mullahs’ boot.

Trump’s promise of help aligns with capturing figures like Maduro, proving America can deliver justice without endless wars.

As Iranians risk everything for liberty, Trump’s message reinforces that freedom-loving nations won’t stand by while tyrants cling to power through blood. The regime’s days are surely numbered.

  1. This article is so one-sided it’s ridiculous. It’s easy to see who the author really works for – very disappointing. This one-sided piece doesn’t mention at least 100-200 police and security forces have been slaughtered, some very gruesomely, like beheadings. What this article doesn’t mention is the measures taken by the Mossad, CIA, French and British intelligence to stir up the population against the regime the West so hates. Doesn’t mention the tens of thousands of ordinary citizens who demonstrated in favour of the regime, which dwarfed the anti-regime army. Trump, and the American government is controlled by Israel. And Israel will pull out all the stops to bring down Iran, which has been the innocent party of this insanity for the last three decades.
