Watch: MS NOW Claims Venezuelans Are NOT CELEBRATING Liberation

Legacy media pushes insists Venezuelans preferred communist misery over freedom

President Donald Trump has delivered on his promise to crush narco-tyrants threatening the U.S., with Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro captured in a precision US operation. But MS NOW, ever the mouthpiece for failed ideologies, is already peddling the absurd line that Venezuelans were “perfectly happy” being under Maduro’s boot.

The operation unfolded Friday night into Saturday morning, with large-scale US strikes on key military sites in Caracas, including Fort Tiuna and La Carlota air base, causing explosions and power outages across the capital.

Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, were seized by US law enforcement in a raid that showcased unparalleled American might. Trump announced the success on Truth Social, noting “The United States of America has successfully carried out a large scale strike against Venezuela and its leader. Nicolás Maduro and his wife have been captured and flown out of the country. This operation was done in conjunction with U.S. Law Enforcement.”

While Maduro regime loyalists rallied, ordinary citizens took to the streets in Caracas, waving flags, dancing, and chanting “libertad” in jubilation. Yet MSNBC, in a clip circulating widely, featured commentary implying the lack of immediate mass celebrations meant Venezuelans didn’t crave freedom.

“Some people might read, maybe they didn’t want Maduro out as bad as we thought they did,” the anchor ludicrously claimed.

Venezuela’s descent into hell under Maduro has long been a thorn in America’s side, with his cartel-like rule – dubbed the Cartel de Los Soles – pumping fentanyl and cocaine into US streets while enabling mass migration that strained resources.

The US indicted Maduro back in 2020 on narco-terrorism charges, but it took Trump’s return to power to act decisively.

Recent strikes followed heightened tensions, including US seizures of Venezuelan oil tankers and sanctions. Maduro’s sham emergency declaration couldn’t save him from the inevitable. International condemnations poured in from usual suspects like Russia, Iran, and Cuba, labeling it “aggression” – but their bluster rings hollow against Trump’s results.

Fresh indictments in the Southern District of New York hammered Maduro with charges of narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy, possession of machineguns and destructive devices, and conspiracy to possess them – all aimed at the United States. His wife faces similar accusations.

Attorney General Pam Bondi stated “They will soon face the full wrath of American justice on American soil in American courts.”

She added, “On behalf of the entire U.S. DOJ, I would like to thank President Trump for having the courage to demand accountability on behalf of the American People, and a huge thank you to our brave military who conducted the incredible and highly successful mission to capture these two alleged international narco traffickers.”

Trump’s leadership here exposes the weakness of past administrations that let such threats fester.

Back in October, Trump laid down the law in no uncertain terms: “Maduro doesn’t wanna F—K around with the United States!”

Three months later, Maduro found out exactly what that meant. This FAFO moment underscores Trump’s no-nonsense approach – warnings aren’t empty; actions follow swiftly to protect American interests.

Trump’s raid didn’t just topple Maduro; it humiliated his backers. Russia, China, and Iran – Maduro’s supposed shields – stood by powerless as US forces struck.

China took the hit hardest: A high-level delegation, led by envoy Qiu Xiaoqi, met Maduro mere hours before his capture, discussing deepened ties. The team was still in Venezuela when the operation went down, forcing them to witness America’s dominance up close.

This sends an unmistakable warning: The Western Hemisphere is off-limits to tyrannical communist expansion. No more propping up failed regimes to undermine US security – Trump’s America reclaims its sphere with unyielding resolve.

Trump’s Venezuela triumph dismantles a key node in the globalist web of drugs, migration, and instability. By capturing Maduro, he’s not just freeing a nation; he’s fortifying US borders and restoring respect for American power.

MSNOW’s blatant propaganda ignores the raw suffering inflicted by Maduro’s socialist nightmare – hyperinflation, starvation, and repression that drove millions to flee. Trump’s bold move not only halts the flow of Venezuelan chaos into America but sends a clear signal: no more safe havens for despots fueling societal crises.
