Venezuela’s Pro-Trump Opposition Leader “Ready” To Take Control As Maduro Regime Crumbles

“We are ready to take over government. We have the teams, we have the plans – the first 100 hours, the first 100 days,” Machado stated.

She emphasized the need for global cooperation, adding, “And certainly, we now need the international community aligned with the United States to apply law enforcement.”

Machado urged other nations to reveal intelligence on Maduro’s operations: “We have been asking Latin American and European governments to have full disclosure of all the information that they have, and we know they have, regarding the criminal activities of Maduro and his cronies.”

She highlighted the financial ties, noting, “Much of Maduro’s criminal resources end up in their financial systems. So it is time for these countries to move ahead.”

Machado also reaffirmed the legitimacy of the opposition’s leadership, insisting “the leader of Venezuela was chosen by our people a year ago,” referring to Edmundo González Urrutia as “president-elect.”

In a separate video statement, Machado announced, “I will assume the responsibility of being Venezuela’s Vice President.”
