In a stunning display of ideological blindness, MSNBC contributor and journalist Paola Ramos claims that there are zero genetic differences between races during an interview with pronatalist couple Malcolm and Simone Collins. The now viral clip shows Ramos citing the NIH to back her assertion, only to face pushback from the Collinses who highlighted obvious traits like skin color.
The interview stemmed from Ramos’ reporting on the pronatalist movement for Noticias Telemundo, where she profiled the Collinses—avid Trump supporters who advocate for higher birth rates to counter population decline.
The couple uses advanced genetic screening to select embryos for health and IQ traits, aiming to have up to 12 children as part of their mission to “save civilization” through reproductive choice.

During the clip, Ramos insisted there’s “no scientific evidence that a Black woman and a White woman are genetically different,” even invoking the NIH as her source. The Collinses countered by pointing to clear population-level differences, such as skin pigmentation and disease susceptibilities like sickle cell anemia in certain groups.
Online backlash was swift and merciless, with X users blasting Ramos as “the dumbest journalist of all time,” noting it took just “30 seconds to confirm that the NIH does indeed support the science of genetic differences for different ethnicities.”
Another respondent noted, “Racial differences are a biological fact, just like sex differences. Race is also more than just skin tone. For example, like almost 50% of East Asians, I flush red if I drink alcohol. That is a race-based trait.”
The absurdity was further mocked: “Arguing that there are no genetic differences between races is like arguing that there are no biological differences between men and women. It is obviously observably false.”
One commenter tied it to broader leftist dogma: “You don’t say it because it’s true. You say it to demonstrate that you are a devout adherent to gay race communism. Egalitarianism is a core tenant of gay race communism, so the non sensical anti-factual racial dogmas must be mindlessly parroted until all the non believers are cudgeled into submission.”
This viral moment serves as a wake-up call: when leftists deny basic biology to virtue-signal, they undermine trust in institutions and expose their anti-science hypocrisy. The exchange highlights how far-left narratives are willing to twist reality to fit their equality-at-all-costs agenda, ignoring verifiable science in the process.
