President Trump unleashed a torrent of fury Saturday on Truth Social, demanding immediate imprisonment for congressional Democrats who urged the U.S. military to defy his orders as commander-in-chief—labeling their actions “sedition at the highest level” and a “crime of serious proportion.”
Trump thundered, “The traitors that told the military to disobey my orders should be in jail right now, not roaming the fake news networks trying to explain that what they said was OK. It wasn’t, and never will be! It was sedition at the highest level, and sedition is a major crime. There can be no other interpretation of what they said!”
He doubled down in a follow-up, urging “Many great legal scholars agree that the Democrat traitors that told the military to disobey my orders, as president, have committed a crime of serious proportion!”

Trump’s remarks cap a week of escalating rhetoric over a viral Democratic video that Trump and his allies decry as a blueprint for insurrection.
The video from five Democrats—all with deep military or intelligence pedigrees—explicitly coached service members to reject “illegal orders” from Trump, without citing a single example beyond vague fears of him “pitting the military against American citizens.”
What Dems are saying about President Trump's "illegal" orders is total BULLS**T??

Let's be clear: This rhetoric is designed to foment insurrection and violence against the Commander-in-Chief.

Trump advisor Stephen Miller torched the stunt on Fox News as “a general call for rebellion from the CIA and the armed services… it is insurrection. plainly, directly, without question!”
Trump’s unfiltered takedown, decrying the “fake news networks” for spinning the scandal, arrives hot on the heels of CNN’s disastrous defense of the Democrats’ calls for rebellion in a segment where host Abby Phillip flailed under fire from commentator Curt Schilling, insisting members of Congress “do have a right to undermine the president” while glossing over the military’s oath to the Constitution.
At the epicenter is Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), the ex-CIA analyst turned congresswoman, who spearheaded the Democrat video alongside Sens. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA)—all veterans now branded “Democrat traitors” by Trump.
Slotkin’s clip, slickly produced for maximum viral venom, warns troops: “You have a duty to disobey an illegal order,” framing Trump’s incoming administration as a threat to democracy without specifics.
Bryan Dean Wright, the former CIA operations officer peeled back the curtain on Slotkin’s scheme during a scorching Fox News appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime.
Wright, no stranger to the shadows, eviscerated his ex-colleague as a calculated propagandist, declaring “It is [seditious what they’re doing]. And look, we need to be very, very clear about Slotkin and who she is, so she knew what she was doing when she put that together. As a former CIA operations officer, my job was to go out in the field and collect the intel, conduct the operation. Her job as an analyst was to figure out whether or not things like propaganda operations were successful, if they were effective.”

He hammered home the intent, noting “So she has seen her fair share of propaganda operations, and she knows how to pull those off and make them effective. So if you think about it through that lens, if you watch the video again, one of the first things that she and the others do is they establish credibility and authority.”
Wright described Slotkin’s clip as “her little propaganda video,” a deliberate bid to fracture military loyalty and spark rebellion, with Democrats betting it’ll stick.
“These Democrats should face consequences for doing this,” Wright further blasted.

Your video for Intel & Military personnel was seditious.
It was a call to ignore the President of the United States, wrapped in a wink of “but make it lawful.”
It was propaganda. You know what you’re doing. And so do I. https://t.co/xv40f2dPiA

What orders are illegal would be based on legal decisions. This would be decided by legislators, courts of law and lawyers. Complicated process.
The real issue is immoral orders. Absolutely no one should cede their moral soveriegnty to anyone else, especially not government.
“Just following orders” might seem to be a defense in this world, but when you meet your maker there is not going to be anyone else there beside you to blame. You’ll own your actions.
Recall those that have been in the military back into service. Pursue accordingly.
