A 17-year-old illegal migrant released under Biden’s lax policies has been arrested for a brutal hammer attack on a woman in a Plano, Texas park, spotlighting the deadly fallout of open borders.
Sergio Noe de Nova Duarte, caught at the border in 2024 but freed, now faces aggravated kidnapping charges in yet another preventable tragedy.
Duarte allegedly ambushed the woman in a park, striking her twice in the head with a hammer before fleeing; she escaped with non-life-threatening injuries after being rushed to hospital.

Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin blasted: “Following this illegal alien’s arrest in 2024, the Biden Administration released this criminal illegal alien back into our communities.”
“Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, ICE lodged an arrest detainer to ensure this criminal illegal alien is never able to prey on innocent women in our country again,” McLaughlin added.
This assault echoes the litany of horrors recorded under Biden’s catch-and-release.
These predators and thousands of others roamed free under Biden, with leftists torching LA to “protect” them—proving willful ignorance or just plain evil in defending such threats.
