Psychotherapists Swamped by Trump-Obsessed Patients

TDS Epidemic Explodes

A viral trend on X is spotlighting a surge in “Trump Derangement Syndrome” (TDS), with psychotherapists reporting an overwhelming influx of patients hyper-fixated on President Donald Trump, suffering from anxiety, sleeplessness, and life disruptions.

This post-election meltdown underscores how Trump’s resounding 2025 victory is driving leftists into therapy, exposing the unhinged backlash against MAGA success.

New York psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert has gone viral for revealing that 75% of his recent patients harbor a “deep hatred” for Trump, describing it as a “profound pathology” and the “defining pathology of our time.”

Alpert detailed, “They can’t sleep, they feel traumatized by Mr. Trump.”

He shared a specific case: “I had one patient who said she couldn’t enjoy a vacation because anytime she saw Trump in the news or on her device, she felt triggered.”

While rejecting “TDS” as a partisan label, Alpert treats symptoms with cognitive behavioral therapy, noting the fixation disrupts daily life.

Alpert’s remarks highlight how media-fueled hysteria has backfired, turning political obsession into a full on mental health crisis.

This TDS surge reveals the left’s pathological hatred, amplified by years of hoax narratives that failed to stop Trump.

As he ushers in a monumental new era with bold reforms, opponents devolve into therapy-dependent wrecks, unable to cope with reality.

Alpert’s accounts, echoed across X, dismantle the narrative of Trump as the “threat,” showing instead how his victories shatter fragile psyches—vindicating conservatives and exposing media-driven division as the true pathology.
