Charlie Kirk’s assassin, Tyler Robinson, has just been formally charged with seven criminal counts…and Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray has confirmed the state WILL seek the death penalty.
At a press conference moments ago, Gray read each charge out loud before filing the official notice of intent:

“Count one: Aggravated murder, a capital offense, for intentionally or knowingly causing the death of Charlie Kirk under circumstances that created a great risk of death to others.”
“Count two: Felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury. A first degree felony.”
Gray said the state is applying aggravating factors to both counts, citing political motives and the presence of children.
“The state is further alleging aggravating factors on counts one and two, because the defendant is believed to have targeted Charlie Kirk based on Charlie Kirk’s political expression, and did so knowing that children were present and would witness the homicide.”
He then detailed the five additional charges:
“Count three: Obstruction of justice, a second degree felony, for moving and concealing the rifle used in the shooting.”
“Count four: Obstruction of justice, a second degree felony for disposing the clothing he wore during the shooting.”
“Count five: Witness tampering, a third degree felony for directing his roommate to delete his incriminating texts.”
“Count six: Witness tampering, a third degree felony for directing his roommate to stay silent if police questioned him.”
“Count seven: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child, a class A misdemeanor for committing homicide, knowing that children were present and may have seen or heard the murder, and did so based on Charlie Kirk’s political expression.”
“Also following the press conference, I am filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty.”
“I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made independently, as county attorney, based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime.”
He added that Robinson will remain held without bail in the Utah County Jail as the case proceeds.

Poor Tyler could be a Patsy. Navy Seals are saying he could not have taken that shot, they say, they with all their training and expertise, it couldnt have been done. Also there was little blood, and had it been Tylers gun, it would have done severe damage!. ie that gun is used to kill Bison/Elk. The thoughts of many experts are this was a pro hit,(someone standing much closer) the finger is being pointed at FBI left wing, Mossad.or by TP themselves. Always follow the money. The FBI dont seem to want to look anywhere else. They want it gone. I hope Tylers family get him a good defence team. If Navy Seals say he didnt do it, many will stand with their expertise…. The day Kirk was killed, they officially buried the Epstein Files in Senate. You dont hear about that anymore do you?. You are innocent until proven guilty. Please dont state Kirk was not a political figure. He was responsible for getting Trump the massive “young vote”, which they think swung it to Trump. Kirk was being put up to be a future President US and it is thought he would run with Vance in the next election as deputy. 8 years later President(possibly)

You are innocent until proven guilty. in this world today any of us can be in the wrong place at the wrong time. any of us can be accused of things we didn’t do. I think if Tyler is guilty of anything it is thought crime and being misled by others, and being young/foolish/needing guidance and going to colleges that have fed him left wing woke propaganda.
In my view, IF he was set up to pull a trigger, he missed. But I think it was a look alike that pulled the trigger and they missed to, deliberately. Go and watch Candace Owens episode 235 onwards. For some strange reason this is being classified as a political assassination even though dear charlie was not a politician and to boot the coffin with the dummy was flown on air force 2 at the tax payers expense. Anothe interesting fact is that once charlie was put in the suv after the stunt, the camera that was over him was removed immediately.
