Democrat New York Rep. Pat Ryan said Friday on CNN’s “The Arena” that he does not believe labeling Republicans as “fascist,” “Nazi” or “Hitler” contributes to the “overall problem” between the two parties.

Concerns over political violence heightened Wednesday after Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was murdered in front of a crowd of students in Utah. While discussing the assassination, CNN’s Kasie Hunt asked Ryan if he thought phrases like “Nazi” or “Hitler” used by people on the left against Republicans “contributes to the problem overall.”

“I actually don’t think it does,” Ryan said. “I think people are trying to grapple with a really unprecedented time in our country where we’re seeing maybe history not fully repeat, but history rhyme at some of the darkest times in our world’s history and struggling in good faith to try to put some intellectual thought into that and find the right language to describe the fact that the constitution I risked my life for 27 months in combat is being tested and pushed.”

“And, in many cases, I think not being honored by this president, that’s hard to figure out how to, how to put word to that in a way that is constructive. So those are words that are more academic. I think it is the call for violence to me,” Ryan added. “That is where the calls for violence linked to that, that are, that are the problem, the idea that we’ve heard from many leaders in both parties, unfortunately, that there’s some deeper evil if you feel a certain way.”

On Wednesday, Kirk had been speaking and debating with students at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, as he was known to do. About 20 minutes into the event, a fatal shot struck him, and security rushed him to the hospital. While Kirk was initially in stable condition, the TPUSA founder ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

During breaking news of Kirk being shot, some Democrats suggested he was at fault for his death because of his political beliefs, while others blamed President Donald Trump’s rhetoric and Republicans for a surge in political violence.

Since last year, tensions between Republicans and Democrats have risen during the 2024 presidential election cycle, as corporate media and former Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign escalated their rhetoric against Trump. The then-GOP presidential candidate was called a fascist by Harris, with former President Joe Biden saying he should be locked up.

On July 13, 2024, the first assassination attempt against Trump occurred in Butler, Pa. During the campaign rally, Trump was speaking to a crowd when 20-year-old shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks fired multiple rounds, grazing Trump’s ear and killing volunteer fire chief Corey Comperatore. Just months later, on Sept. 15, 2024, a second attempt against Trump was uncovered when Secret Service agents found would-be assassin Ryan Routh hiding in the bushes at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Fla., with an AK-47-style rifle.

In June, Democratic Minnesota state Sen. Melissa Hortman and her husband were fatally shot at their home. Additionally, a self-proclaimed socialist who supported the Black Lives Matter movement set fire to Democratic Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s official residence.

  1. “My 27 months in combat”, that Ryan said, and his bio that says, “two tours in Afghanistan, including Mosul” is Democrat stolen valor BS.
He was an officer intel guy in the military, basically well protected in “green zones” gathering points for the future, not an infantryman or forward support that knows they probably won’t make it home.

To those never in the military (97%), or actual combat (.0001%), meaning those civilian and rear echelon in some capacity who know nothing of the “combat zone” since the days of Nam where the entire country was called a “combat zone”, please believe me, they can not begin to fathom the divide between Ryan’s service and how and how it is depicted by his two bronze Stars, and the absolute heroics that would have to be displayed by say an infantry soldier to get one bronze Star. There are many military reasons for making it far easier for officers to get medals than say enlisted men, but the truth is for an infantry private (E-3) or specialist (E-4) to get a bronze star they basically need to go through a hail of bullets to save an NCO or low grade officer. Unit medals are rationed. That’s another reason. Officers get them and yes very questionable Purple Hearts in what had been a severely corrupted military at the top run by the deep State to intentionally corrupt it for six decades.

As a disclaimer I must say that anyone who serves honorably, rear echelon (70%) or otherwise deserves respect because their honorable service directly supports those (30%) constantly at the front, 17% forward support and 13% infantry types. However, since Nam those numbers have been consistently skewed by “limited wars”, exponential infiltration into supposed “combat zones” by corporate, academia, bureaucracy, and tech practicing “research and development” that has consistently extended wars to keep the stock markets humming along.
Keep in mind also that it is possible for any rear echelon personnel, military or civilian, to be killed or maimed at any time, or perhaps temporarily detached into other units closer to the actual combat, but in reality the chances are minimal. Compared to the infantry in wars before and including Vietnam, Ryan with “27 months in combat”, including the “scary Mosul”, and his two bronze Stars have little significance or comparison to those who actually consistently engaged in close combat, basically surrounded 24/7.

Yes, this guy Ryan gets points for showing up, but to the tiny minority of real patriot combat veterans, this guy is practicing stolen valor with these comments that actually demean’s the true combatants, and he knows this which makes him a liar. Imagine that, a Democrat lying?

It’s why the Democrat Plantation Party was chosen six decades ago to hijack and invert the ethos of America and it’s military to deter war or end it as quickly as possible with the least casualties. The “anti war protests” of the 1960’s and 70’s intended to extend the war in Nam by flooding the “combat zone” with civilian contractors doing “research and development” interfering, jeopardizing, and judging the military in real time to the enemy’s advantage. An ethos now so maligned by the Communists and Fascist in academia today same as six decades ago that intentionally misguided youth who are the grandparents of those hating on everything America today, and why the useful idiots at CNN will use Ryan as their hero speak.

    1. Thank you for your service and intelligence. I pray that MOST of our military is staffed by men such as you. And if we can just fix the pretend, preening, Generals.

    1. No … wait … “silence is violence”!? I get so confused by communist slogans. I’ll have to ask my Block Captain at the next struggle session.

  2. The COOF whacked out the already WACKED. Then Biden printed $7tillion, gave it out & created MASSIVE INFLATION so everything in the grocery store is
    $4 & UP. They/WE can’t afford ANYTHING!
Then calling all MAGA “Hitler, Fascist, Nazi” for 6 years BROKE the D’s after they lost 2024.
Libs are RETARDED, vile, evil & mentally & morally broken.
