President Trump has announced that Charlie Kirk’s killer is now in custody.
“I think with a high degree of certainty, we have him in custody,” Trump said on a Fox & Friends interview.
“Everyone did a great job,” Trump added.

Trump also suggested that “Essentially, somebody that was very close to him turned him in.”

Meanwhile, Utah Governor Spencer Cox says he is preparing with his legal team to seek the death penalty for the cowardly assassin.
During a presser Thursday, Governor Cox stated “Last thing I will just say is we’ve been working with our attorneys getting everything that we need, affidavits ready so that we can pursue the the death penalty in this case.”
“And that WILL happen here in the State of Utah,” Cox urged.
