Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has remarked that the precision strike on a narco-terrorist cartel boat from Venezuela is just a taste of what is to come.
Appearing on Fox News, Hegseth stated “President Trump is willing to go on offense in ways that others have not been. And to send that clear signal to Tren de Aragua, Cartel del Sol, and others emanating from Venezuela.”
“We’re not going to allow this kind of activity. You’re poisoning our people!” Hegseth further urged.

He continued, “We’ve got incredible assets, and they are gathering in the region. And so you want to try to traffic drugs? It’s a new day. It’s a different day.”
“And so those 11 drug traffickers are no longer with us, sending a very clear signal that this is an activity the United States is not going to be tolerated in our hemisphere,” Hegseth asserted.
He also commented on changing the name of his department to the Department of WAR, noting “We’re not just defense, we’re offense!”
“Standby on it…we won WW1, WW2, not with the Dept. of Defense – with a WAR Department,” Hegseth emphasised, adding “We’re reestablishing the warrior ethos. We want warriors…not endless contingencies and just playing defense.”
“We might have some new signage right over here eventually,” he further stated.

After footage of the narco boat strike was released, President Trump commented “Earlier this morning, on my orders, U.S. Military Forces conducted a kinetic strike against positively identified Tren de Aragua Narcoterrorists in the SOUTHCOM area of responsibility.”
“TDA is a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, operating under the control of Nicolas Maduro, responsible for mass murder, drug trafficking, s*x trafficking, and acts of violence and terror across the United States and Western Hemisphere,” Trump urged.

He further explained that “The strike occurred while the terrorists were at sea in International waters transporting illegal narcotics, heading to the United States. The strike resulted in 11 terrorists killed in action.”
“No U.S. Forces were harmed in this strike. Please let this serve as notice to anybody even thinking about bringing drugs into the United States of America. BEWARE!” Trump concluded, signing off “Thank you for your attention to this matter!!!!!!!!!!!”

It seems a bit odd in an open boat…does not getting the product damp cause issues and why did they need 11 people in the boat to move what seems to be not a lot of product. Look at it…where are the bales of drugs in that photo. Were they doing double duty and dropping a few tda memebers on the shores of PR becasue it is easier to get into the US from PR now vs Mexico. Trump need to put p serious barriors for travel from schite hole PR into the US.
