President Trump’s offensive to restore law and order in the nation’s capital continued apace Thursday night, with multiple arrests of eight wrong ‘uns.
Fox News reports that “Law enforcement made 33 total arrests in our nation’s capital last night. 15 of the 33 are illegal aliens.”
The network further noted that those arrested have been charged with “murder, rape, assault — and a juvenile carrying a pistol without a license.”

In fact, they’ve announced that they’re suing Trump. Suing the President for… checks notes… trying to stop rampant crime in the nation’s capital.
D.C. AG Brian Schwalb released the following statement:
We are suing to block the federal government takeover of DC police.

By illegally declaring a takeover of MPD, the Administration is abusing its temporary, limited authority under the law.
This is the gravest threat to Home Rule DC has ever faced, and we are fighting to stop it.
“By declaring a hostile takeover of MPD, the Administration is abusing its limited, temporary authority under the Home Rule Act, infringing on the District’s right to self-governance and putting the safety of DC residents and visitors at risk,” Schwalb further said in further remarks.
He added. “The Administration’s unlawful actions are an affront to the dignity and autonomy of the 700,000 Americans who call DC home. This is the gravest threat to Home Rule that the District has ever faced, and we are fighting to stop it.”
Presiding over this lawsuit will be Biden Judge Ana Reyes.
