Where is Harris? Well Friday she was piped into to a youth summit in DC called Voters of Tomorrow, where practically no one was in attendance.
As Fox News host Jesse Watters noted, Harris followed some guy dressed up as a panda who was desperately failing to get the ‘crowd’ enthused by profanely ranting at them.

“What the f**k is up? Let’s go!” the guy screeched, adding “Who the f**k are we and why are we in a panda head?”
Yep, that’s what everyone else wants to know.
“I also have a long-term feud with former presidential candidate Marianne Williamson because she f**king sucks!” The panda further declared.
After a while of attempting to get some form of reaction from the scant few in attendance, the panda proclaimed “Come on, people, look alive!”
After that, Harris appeared on screen and gave a word salad about “young leaders” or something.
It was like Spinal Tap having to follow the puppet show.
