Jill Biden may be called on to testify before the House Oversight Committee as part of the ongoing investigation into Joe Biden’s ailing cognitive health and whether insiders tried to cover it up.
Committee Chairman James Comer remarked Wednesday on Hannity that the “odds” of Jill Biden being called on have “increased significantly” after both Biden’s physician and his wife’s Chief of Staff pleaded the Fifth and refused to answer questions.
“I think the odds of calling in Jill Biden increased significantly today,” Comer said, adding “We had her chief of staff, her self-proclaimed work husband, there for what we plan to be an eight-hour deposition. He kept invoking the Fifth Amendment.”

Comer continued, “his lawyer finally said, ‘You can ask all the questions you want. We’re gonna invoke the Fifth Amendment on every question.’”
“So we need to know was Jill Biden the one calling the shots while Joe Biden was incapacitated?” Comer further stated
“Anthony Bernal (Jill Biden’s COS) had an opportunity to answer those questions today. He chose to invoke the Fifth Amendment. So I would say her odds significantly increased,” Comer urged.
He further emphasised, “You plead the Fifth to avoid self-incrimination. This isn’t getting any better for the Bidens. This isn’t going away for the Bidens. What is at stake here is all of these executive orders and all of these pardons that were signed using an autopen. There is no evidence that Joe Biden knew anything about these executive orders and pardons.”

Comer has previously indicated that he is willing to not only Jill Biden, but also Hunter, and even the former President himself to testify. The committee has also called on serveral other Biden handlers to testify, but it appears to be going nowhere, unless decisive action is taken.
Many are getting fed up with the stalling and posturing, they want to see those within Biden’s inner circle compelled to speak.

Congress is seeking to investigate the autopen scandal and find out exactly what top aides knew about Biden’s mental deficiency.
The Oversight Project previously released findings showing an apparent correlation between the increased use of autopen signatures and Biden’s worsening mental decline.
The group found that two different autopens were used, with an analysis of Executive Order signatures showing an “increased use of the autopen as President Biden’s mental and physical decline accelerated.”
President Trump has called for those who operated Biden’s autopen to be jailed.
