Democrat Raskin Claims Trump Was “Best Friends” With Epstein

But doesn’t know why Democrats didn’t release the case files

Democrats Rep. Jamie Raskin claimed Thursday that President Trump was “best friends” with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and that the pair of them used their influence to cover up Epstein’s crimes.

Raskin made the comments during an interview in MSNBC with Joe Scarborough who repeatedly asked the congressman why Democrats didn’t release the Epstein files while they were in power.

“Epstein was able to use all of his powerful connections, including who was then his best friend, Donald Trump, in order to suppress a real hearing into what had happened,” Raskin declared.

Raskin continued, “And look, why is this important? Because the sexual abuse of young people and children is a crisis throughout our society.”

Scarborough pressed Raskin, noting “you could have gotten that from ’21 to ’25, when Democrats controlled DOJ. It was a crisis then. It’s a crisis now. Why didn’t Democrats call for it from ’21 to ’25?”

Raskin had no answer, other than to again claim Trump was best friends with Epstein, because there are pictures of them together… or something.

“So, I mean, you’d have to go back and look specifically at particular prosecutorial decisions and what was taking place in terms of the other cases,” Raskin responded, dismissing the question and adding simply “I don’t know.”

“We could try to reconstruct that record. But the point is, is that Donald Trump is the one who has led the crusade to say that Epstein, who was his very close friend, and there’s all kinds of pictures of them and so, that Epstein was at the center of this broad conspiracy.”

What? If anything Trump is currently doing the opposite, much to the annoyance of a vocal group of his supporters.

“He is now in a position to do exactly what he had demanded, which was to release all of the files. And so, why is that not happening?”Raskin further stated, again completely ignoring the fact that Democrats didn’t do that for four years.

Yesterday Trump again went off on those pushing for more transparency on the case, saying he no longer considers them supporters, labelling them “weaklings,” and calling it all a “hoax”.

Today, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has stated that Trump would not recommend a Special Prosecutor in the Epstein case.

“If the Attorney General, Department of Justice and the FBI have more credible evidence in regards to Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes, they should put that forward. He has called on them to do that,” Leavitt said.

  1. These are the same people who invented the Russian collusion hoax . The Epstein files have been around for years if they weren’t heavily implicated they would have dropped dime on Trump in a heartbeat

  2. So there is the end goal, culmination of a 10 year psyop.

Raskin couldn’t wait to blow his load.
