Two Democratic Congresswomen, Rep. Debbie Dingell of Michigan and Rep. Jan Schakowsky of Illinois, were caught dozing off during a Capitol Hill hearing last night, underscoring the geriatric state the Party is in.
The overnight session, focused on debating the GOP’s domestic policy bill, apparently proved too tedious for the seasoned snoozers.
Dingell, 71, slumped in her seat, surrounded by a trio of bottled drinks, looking like that aunt everyone only sees at Christmas.

Schakowsky, 80, wasn’t far behind, nodding off as Rep. Diana DeGette droned on about Planned Parenthood funding.
Her head lolled about in a moment that screamed, “Wake me when it’s over.”
