The animated biblical film “The King of Kings”, featuring Pierce Brosnan and produced by Angel Studios—the once small-time production company behind the surprise blockbuster “Sound of Freedom” in the summer of 2023—has continued its box office climb for a second consecutive week.
According to Box Office Mojo, The King of Kings—inspired by Charles Dickens—follows a father and son on an imaginative journey through the life of Jesus.
The Christian movie ranked number three on the Domestic 2025 theater list, behind Warner Bro. ‘s “A Minecraft Movie” in the second spot and Warner Bro. ‘s “Sinners” in number one. Just for reference, Walt Disney Studios’ disastrous “Snow White” is number ten on the list.
On Sunday, Angel Studios released a press release boasting about its theatrical footprint increasing by 10% for the second week and earning “a projected $17.2M second weekend, bringing its estimated box office cume to $45,339,117.”
“Buoyed by its Rotten Tomatoes PopcornMeter rising to 98% and its coveted A+ CinemaScore, The King of Kings is poised for a strong theatrical run,” the studio said.
“At Angel, our Angel Guild plays a crucial role in picking winners, and this film is a testament to that vision,” Brandon Purdie, Global Head of Theatrical Distribution & Brand Development at Angel Studios, stated, adding, “The King of Kings is an epic, emotional journey made for the big screen. Theaters are responding by making room, and audiences are flocking in droves, speaking loud and clear: they’re here for stories that amplify light.”
Readers may recall Angel Studios’ release of the low-budget flick “Sound of Freedom” in the summer of 2023. This film became a cultural and box office phenomenon, defying expectations to gross over $200 million globally and ignited a nationwide conversation on child trafficking.

I’ve never heard of it until now. I don’t follow modern movies. I assume, until I hear otherwise, that they are going to be woke crap like Snow Brown, which I have heard plenty about from people like the Critical Drinker but will never actually watch.
Glad to hear it is good and that it is popular. It’s almost as if people want good stories instead of propaganda. That said, I assume the movie is more the STORY of Christ than the writings of, say, Paul? Nothing against Paul, but that is more ideological than the story of Jesus.
Anything positive and gets a person to want to get themselves an older Bible to learn the truth & start their relationship with the one true God, is so beautiful! God works in mysterious ways!
Jesus fulfilled every single prophecy…it had to happen so He could send out His Holy Spirit; as in human form He couldn’t be be everywhere for everyone at the same time!!
I personally find this sick. They hated him because they were of seth who spawned the cananite seed and infultrated all sons of adam through the edomites. Jesus was a pure blood and fulfilled the book of Daniel prophecy. Jesus was against their organised religion and anyone who follows organised religion today is not following Jesus.
You’re right on many points. There are a few you miss the mark on, though.
The issue of Jesus’ race (whether he was Caucasian or Jewish, he was Caucasian for the record) is at the fore of why many “Christians” have fallen for the Satanic Zio-Jew lie of “Judeo-Christianity”, as though the 2 are related. The false notion of Jesus’ ethnicity being Jewish is part and parcel why many Christians have fallen hook, line, and sinker for Jewish rule, believing 2 absolutely false tenets – that the Bible is about Jews (it isn’t, it’s about the Israelites, 2 totally different things), and that once again, Jesus was Jewish…he wasn’t, and demonstrably so to anyone that’s actually read the Bible.

Well, while I agree with alot of what you said, I still retain my own belief because being jewish is not actually an ethnicity. This was proven by the John Hopkins study that states that 97pc of jews in israel are eastern european as per their dna and only about 3pc are actual semites. There were no jews in the time of Jesus, there were Pharisies , Sadducees, Essenes etc…. but no jews. I disagree with the race part being important because christ said that israel is anyone who follows him and race has no importance anymore. It is a spiritual thing and in the end out spirit gets united with the imortal body we should have had if the garden of eden incident did not happen. Race is earthly and Jesus aid not to concern or get involved with earthly things. The reason why the world is the way it is very simple. God said that any persons or nation that turns his back on him, he will allow satan to do their will on that nation which we have seen time and time again. I never said jesus was here for them, jesus came with the new covenant that anyone who believed and followed him and the message including the above peoples would be restored to their imortal body. So, if there is no “ethnicity”, aka no “genetic component” to being Jewish, then why, exactly, does it seem like the ACE-2 regions that are targeted for deleterious uptake of the so-called “vaccine” are only found in white and black populations, but aren’t present in Ashkenazi Jew populations at all?
Sorry, pal, but this would seem to blow your idea right out of the water.
