It’s still under construction, but yes this is what the outside of it is going to look like.
The building, one of several on a huge 19-acre campus, was designed by Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects and features an exterior wrapped in granite panels.

According to the Associated Press, the site has been priced at about $830 million.

Trade magazine Dezeen notes that the building is “Designed to resemble ‘four hands coming together’, the building topped out in June 2024 and is currently receiving its outermost shell, as seen in images shared by the Obama Foundation.”
It doesn’t look like hands. It resembles a breeze block.
