Joe Biden fumbled around and displayed complete confusion Tuesday at a bill signing, prompting President Trump’s team to assure Americans that help is on the way.
Biden was signing proclamations to establish the Chuckwalla National Monument and the Sáttítla Highlands National Monument in California.
He was supposed to sign them last week, but the ceremony was postponed due to the fires in LA.
When it came time to sign Biden stared at the legislation and muttered “I gotta fill this in?”
He then mumbled “Uh, the day of.. you’ll fill in the dates here, guys?”
Trump’s War Room team shared the video and noted “HELP IS ON THE WAY. His name is Donald J. Trump.”
